- Position requires business development experience in the US staffing industry
- Acquiring New Direct Consulting Clients (Working with management, identifying prospects and target additional clients. Organizing meeting for onsite team)
- Well versed with generic IT/Technology Strong contacts with Hiring Managers and Client recruiters
- Managing and Growing Existing Direct Clients
- Managing Collaborations and Partnerships
- New Staffing Clients /VMS Clients (Hunter to add new staffing clients also and re-establish the dead relations with few major IT clients (Already have MSAs signed in past)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Good presentation skills must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk taking capabilities.
- Our office is at Srinagar, Visakhapatnam.
- Job timings are night shift 6:30 pm to 3:30 am.
- Salary: Best in the market + Incentives by market standards.
